What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• The name of the app you're using
• Your device model and iOS version
• The app version (shown in the app's settings screen)
• A description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot

Subscriptions & Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.

• Manage or cancel a subscription: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Restore purchases: use the "Restore purchases" option inside the app.
• Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
